About TC-TSY

Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TC-TSY) was developed at the Trauma Center in Brookline, Massachusetts. It centres choice, present-moment awareness, and interoception — supporting people with complex trauma to safely reconnect with the body on their own terms.

A charitable initiative extending trauma-sensitive yoga to people living with PTSD and CPTSD beyond the ACC system. Contributions through our Open Collective page fund equipment, group programmes and one-to-one sessions for those who would otherwise be unable to access this work.
