Kirsty-May Lillis — TCTSY Facilitator

— About me

Hi, I'm Kirsty — founder of The Quiet Body.

I'm a yoga and somatic guide specialising in trauma-informed practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and embodied healing.

The Quiet Body is a space for those seeking a slower, gentler way of coming home to themselves — whether you're navigating stress, burnout, old patterns, or simply the overwhelm of modern life.

My work draws on years of teaching yoga, studying nervous system health, and walking my own healing path. I believe in the intelligence of the body, the power of slowness, and the beauty of beginning again.
